Description

Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the engineering team, guiding the development of innovative solar energy solutions;

Lead the research and development efforts to enhance the performance, efficiency, and reliability of our solar systems;

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation; 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop new solar products and solutions to meet market demands;

Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards;

Conduct thorough testing and validation of new products to ensure optimal performance and reliability;

Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategic plan, providing valuable insights and recommendations on technical initiatives;

Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions to enhance Zuvan Renewables' technical capabilities and competitive position; and

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, workflows, and resource utilization across the organization.

Requirements

Master's degree in Energy Systems Engineering, and/or related fields
