Since 2012, Core Development Group has developed a successful reputation of providing land development services, turnkey Engineering, Procurement & Construction, Independent Engineering services, Project Management/ Construction Management services, Third Party Commissioning, and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of renewable energy projects throughout the nation and abroad. Our managers and associates have extensive real-world construction experience in the energy solutions industry, helping propel businesses and communities toward a cleaner and more resilient future.
The company specializes in commercial, industrial and utility-scale markets across single or multiple sites. Every project is backed by our vast Project Management and Construction Management experience and supplemented by our deep understanding of land development. With PMP certified Project Managers, NABCEP certified technicians and Master Electricians on staff there is no project we cannot handle. With a proven track record, the company provides operationally ready solutions adapted to each customer’s individual needs. Core Development Group and its team have developed, delivered, and maintained more than 800 MW of solar PV nationally.
