Company Overview
SILIKEN is a financially solid group of companies specializing in the development of solutions for applications in the renewable energy sector. We are a vertically integrated company, manufacturing our own supply of silicon and modules, while providing turnkey solutions to the industry.
We are present in the United States (San Diego, CA), Spain (Valencia, Albacete and Tenerife), Italy, France and Germany and have a vocation of expansion in new markets. Currently, our activities focus mainly on the manufacturing of photovoltaic (PV) modules for stand-alone and grid-connected installations; products which, due to their quality and efficiency, have made us a leader in the sector.

Company History
In 2001, we created Siliken Modules to manufacture solar power panels and established the Siliken World Headquarters in Valencia, Spain.
In 2005 we created Siliken Electronics to manufacture DC-AC grid connection inverters for photovoltaic plants.
In 2006, the company went on to create Siliken Chemicals specializing in the production of electronic grade silicon with the aim of self-supplying the group with the raw materials necessary for the manufacture of the modules.
In 2008, we opened new solar panel production plants in Tenerife, Spain and San Diego, California, USA. These plants join the Siliken Module factories in Canary Islands and in Spain at Rafelbunyol, Pobla de Farnals (Valencia) and Casas Ibáñez (Albacete). Our production plants cover a surface area of more than 450,000 sq ft.

2008: Economía 3 Award – 2007 in recognition of "Innovative Leadership”
2007: Special 15th Anniversary Award for an IDEAS Consolidated Company from the IDEAS Institute of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia
2007: Bancaja-Universidad Politécnica de Valencia Award in recognition of the collaboration in comprehensive training for students of the UPV with Education Cooperation Programmes
