We're looking for a highly visible, hands-on leader who pairs strong hospitality instincts with disciplined operational management. The Director of Outside Operations recruits, trains, schedules, coaches, and holds accountable the Outside Operations team. This role is responsible for caddie assignments, general staffing, bag storage and handling, cart presentation, practice-facility operations, first-tee readiness, and tournament preparation. The right person will get to know the membership personally, understands individual preferences, and builds a culture where every team member owns the details that shape the member experience.

Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a private club or high-end daily fee setting
• Proven team leadership experience
• PGA Class A or Associate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced golf operation
• Available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays during peak season
• Interested in a long-term career in the golf industry

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead the Outside Operations team in its daily responsibilities with a calm, adaptable, service-oriented approach
• Manage the caddie program, including hiring, training, and daily assignments
• Schedule caddies and staff in ClubUp
• Manage Outside Services Staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Create and update procedures, manuals, and training resources
• Play golf regularly with members, staff, and caddies in training
• Represent BMCC with integrity and a high standard of hospitality
• Teaching and club fitting opportunities are available to a qualified professional
